Rose Bowl Travel Weather Update as of Dec 28
When traveling to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, it is recommended to travel with time in mind.
There will be rain most of the way through to California on Saturday. By Sunday, New Year’s Day, there will be snow from Salt Lake City to Cedar City, and snow on normal trails near Scipio, Beaver, Dog Valley and Blackridge.

At the moment, Thursday seems like the best day to drive. Even if you leave early on Friday, you’ll get a little ahead of the snow that piles up as the day goes on.
Pasadena’s latest game-day weather forecast
The forecast for the Rose Bowl game itself looks good! Mostly clear skies with a little more cloud by Q4. Temperatures are typically in the 50s during games, and by the fourth quarter he’s down to the high 40s.
