The mother of three children shared the struggles of her “toxic” marriage just days before her husband allegedly ran over her and stabbed her three times in front of her three children.

Police said she left the premises around 5:15 a.m. Tuesday and walked towards the SUV before Girardo lunged at her and then broke into the side of the building.

She suffered severe neurological damage, a broken leg, and a stab wound to her liver. Authorities confirmed that no children were injured in the crash.
Sofia was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition and her husband was arrested at the scene.
The incident comes just days after Sophia, who describes herself as a “betrayal, trauma and abuse survivor,” spoke about her “toxic” marriage on a podcast she hosted called “Unfiltered and Free.” did.
