Rally car icon Ken Block died Monday in a snowmobile accident. he was 55 years old.
Brock’s company, Hoonigan Industries, announced his death in a social media post. The California native has become one of his most famous racers thanks to his success in rally cars, and he was also one of the co-founders of his DC shoe company.
“Ken was a visionary, a pioneer and an icon,” the company said in a statement. “And most importantly, his father and husband. He will be missed incredibly. Please respect the family’s privacy while they are grieving.”
